As a visionary leader, Ian has held pivotal roles, including CEO and Chairman of a National Trust company and strategic roles as CMO and Chief Strategist at Fortune 100 firms like DST, MassMutual, ADP, and SunGard. Notably, he pioneered the retirement industry’s first mobile enrollment technology, honored as Invention of the Year by InformationWeek, which underscored his ability to fuse behavioral finance with tech innovation to elevate customer experience.
In his venture capital and operational roles within financial services, Ian centers on disruptive technologies at the intersection of consumer behavior, technology, insurance, and asset management, constantly advancing forward-thinking solutions and industry innovations.
