New York, NY (July 13, 2022) — Roots Automation announced that it will be showcasing its Digital Coworkers to insurance industry leaders at the upcoming Technology & Claims Symposium, hosted by the Property & Liability Resource Bureau on July 28–29th in Denver, Colorado.
Joining organizations such as Sedgwick, Liberty Mutual, Crawford & Co., USAA and more, the Roots Automation team will be introducing our Claims Assistant, sharing customer success stories and running demos at Booth #110.
The theme of this year’s Symposium is about increasing efficiency by optimizing claims processing technology specifically through new innovations in InsurTech.
“We’re hearing from our customers that the insurance industry is having difficulties sourcing staff, budgeting wages to pay those employees and handling the increased volume of work in the meantime,” said Jermaine Everett, Head of Technical Engineering. “Then, they start to encounter situations where tenured employees are under pressure to train and retain the remaining staff,” he continued.
“Digital Coworkers pave the way for organizations to continue to grow and invest in a better way of doing business. We’re looking forward to introducing Digital Coworkers at the symposium,” said Everett.
Digital Coworkers are built with AI at their core and are able to think, read and intuit like a human. They are pre-trained to understand and interact with documents, systems and processes commonly found in insurance, healthcare and banking. Their knowledgebase is perpetually expanding with learning federated across customers. They are always on, ultra-secure and deliver ROI from day one.
If you also happen to be attending, we invite you to join the pre-conference “Roots Automation” Cocktail Reception on Wednesday, July 27th from 7pm to 9pm at the Prospect's Urban Kitchen & Bar conveniently located within the conference hotel (Hilton Denver City Center).
Interested conference attendees may find the Roots Automation team at booth #110 with live demo presentations on both days of the event.
